The role

You will write the scripts behind our YouTube output: the hooks, the structure, the retention beats and the calls to action. This is long-form persuasion in a format where the audience leaves the moment they are bored, and where the difference between a good script and an average one is measured publicly in the retention graph.

Our subject matter is health and supplements. It is a regulated category, which means the strongest version of a claim is usually the one you cannot make. Good writers here treat that as a constraint to write around, not a reason to be vague.

What you will be doing

- Write scripts. Hook, structure, retention beats, close. - Write for the graph. Read retention data on what shipped and change the next script because of it. - Research. Every claim needs a source. You will read the study, not the headline about the study. - Work with partners and creators so the script fits the person delivering it. - Stay inside the rules. Learn what supplements can and cannot claim, and write hard within it.

- Scripts shipped and measured, with retention compared against what came before.



- You can name our audience's three biggest objections without being told. - One hook of yours outperformed the previous best.

- You have written scripts that shipped on YouTube, with numbers you can talk about. - You understand retention structurally, not as a vibe. - Research discipline. You can read a study and describe it honestly. - Direct-response instinct. The video exists to move someone, not to be admired. - You take editorial notes without flinching.

- Health, supplements or another regulated category. - Experience with paid YouTube as well as organic. - You have written for someone else's voice and made it sound like them.
