Here, you will work without bureaucracy directly alongside our CEO, Matthias Kamppeter.Key Responsibilities- AI-Driven Performance Marketing: You don’t just create, you convert. You use AI tools (Claude, Veo, Lovable...) to create high-performing creatives, landing pages, system- and sales videos in record time – and integrate them directly into our performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.- B2B Lead Machine: You build, manage, and optimize our paid campaigns to acquire new partner opticians. Your goal: Maximum reach and lowest CPL in our international target markets.- Digital Sales Funnels:



You build customer journeys and automations that digitally pre-qualify and close leads so strongly that our local teams only have to take over the onboarding process.- International Scaling: When a funnel works, you scale it. You develop reproducible, data-driven acquisition channels for our integral expansion.Your Profile- Fluent English: Business fluent in spoken and written English.- Performance Marketing DNA: Proven hands-on experience in managing budgets and campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
