Experteer Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will drive the development, deployment, and ongoing refinement of AI solutions in the construction and real estate domain. You’ll work with the AI Lab and stakeholders across the full lifecycle, from requirements to productive operation, delivering AI-enabled solutions for internal teams and external customers. You’ll contribute to platform evolution, tooling, and best practices while evaluating new models and technologies. This role offers meaningful impact through scalable AI applications in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Document, transfer knowledge, and support scaling of AI solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy AI from prototype to production with the AI Lab
• Build and integrate AI components (RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, MCP connections)
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components for cloud and on-premise operation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Contribute to AI platform development, architecture, and engineering best practices
• Evaluate and implement new models,

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable field
• Professional experience in software engineering with cloud, backend, or frontend technologies (e.g., Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD)
• Practical AI engineering experience (RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, fine-tuning)
• Understanding of AI component interactions (retrieval, orchestration, tool usage, evaluation)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• High English level (C1)
