Experteer Overview
In this role you will help build the agentic layer of the Biologics Discovery data engine, automating secondary analysis and connecting outputs to models across the DMTL cycle. You will work at the intersection of scientific experimentation, data pipelines, AI systems, and lab automation, partnering with the broader AI/ML team to bring these systems to life. You will collaborate with Discovery, Data Science, ISD, and data-infrastructure teams to enable closed-loop feedback for improved downstream decisions. This is a rare opportunity to shape how scientific and digital AI converge in early-stage discovery at a large pharma setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and improve agentic workflows that automate secondary analysis for biologics discovery assays
• Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines connecting automation software, data stores, models, and compute
• Collaborate with IT and platform teams to implement resilient APIs, observability, versioning, and end-to-end orchestration
• Extend GenAI platforms and agentic frameworks for biologics discovery in collaboration with the Enterprise Generative AI team




• Work with ontology and MLOps colleagues to ensure data is semantically consistent and production-ready
• Contribute to AI-driven learning workflows across the DMTL cycle and improve downstream property models and decisions

Responsabilidades
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related computational field (or Bachelor's with substantial relevant experience)
• At least 2 years experience in scientific workflow orchestration or automation software
• Hands-on experience designing real-time or near-real-time data pipelines and integrating heterogeneous data and instrument outputs
• Experience applying agentic AI and modern LLM-based agents to scientific or laboratory workflows
• Experience with GenAI platforms and retrieval-augmented approaches (RAG/GraphRAG)
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in ambiguity within a matrixed organization
