What you’ll do Lead, support and develop a team of teachers,



fostering a positive and collaborative working environment Plan and manage class schedules in line with student demand Deliver classes as needed and coordinate cover for teacher absences Monitor academic quality through observations, feedback, and ongoing training Run regular team meetings and contribute to teacher development and performance reviews Work closely with centre management on daily operations and academic planning Build strong relationships with students and support a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate teacher schedules, holidays and Saturday rotas Support and promote school events and ensure academic team engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
