You’ll direct FPu0026amp; A, reporting, investor relations, and governance across entities including the Luxembourg subsidiary, partnering with the CEO and the Board. You’ll drive Mu0026amp; A, fundraising, and capital markets readiness to enable growth. - Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy and capital allocation priorities
- Lead corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, Mu0026A, due diligence, and valuation
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting and governance across all entities
- Head FPu0026A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
- Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations,



and financial performance
- Oversee regulatory and governance matters for the Luxembourg banking subsidiary in collaboration with local leadershipResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in progressive financial leadership roles
- At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environments
- Experience with capital markets, investor relations, and IPO/SPAC readiness
- Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA desirable
