Experteer Overview In this role you guide the lightning protection and ice mitigation domain for wind turbine blades, acting as global technical authority. You shape the design concepts, specs, and safety practices across the product lifecycle, collaborating with blade teams and cross-functional partners to ensure safe, high‑quality, regulation-compliant products. You lead validation campaigns and risk mitigation while mentoring engineering talent to build robust technical depth. - Serve as global Control Title Holder for lightning protection and ice mitigation; own the technology roadmap, design specs, and safety practices across the product lifecycle
- Oversee system-level integration of lightning protection and grounding from blade tip to foundation; manage electro-physics modeling, HV transient analysis, and EMI design




- Lead validation campaigns (HALT, subscale testing) and drive FMEA-based risk mitigation for robustness
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to guide NPI, factory quality, field repairs, and integration of heating technologies for ice mitigation
- Mentor engineering talent, set technical rigor standards, and represent GE Vernova in international standards bodies (IEC, UL) to influence regulatory requirementsResponsabilidades
