Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape the pricing strategy and portfolio architecture for Decorative Paints across EMEA, aligning brands, products, pack sizes and channels to maximise revenue and margin. You’ll partner with regional and country teams to translate strategic frameworks into actionable market actions using insights, analytics and commercial judgement. This position focuses on driving growth through pricing governance and portfolio simplification and optimization. - Lead the EMEA pricing framework across markets (positioning, indices, corridors, guardrails)
- Develop clear pricing recommendations using consumer, market and competitive insights
- Define cost recovery and price increase approaches for the portfolio
- Establish consistent price benchmarking and communicate recommendations, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Own price-pack and portfolio architecture across brands, tiers, pack sizes and channels
- Assess portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and simplifications




- Set pricing and portfolio principles for new product launches and changes with Brand u0026 Category and Product Management
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to translate guidance into market execution and monitoringResponsabilidades
- 7+ years in pricing, revenue growth management or commercial strategy, preferably in FMCG or consumer/retail environments
- Strong B2C pricing and portfolio strategy experience, including analyses and simulations
- Track record of developing pricing strategies for multi-market portfolios and implementing them through local teams
- Strong financial acumen linking pricing/portfolio decisions to revenue and margin
- Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI proficiency
- Leadership, facilitation and project management skills with cross-functional influence
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities to turn data into clear recommendations
