We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Support Engineer to join our team.We're hiring only in these locations: Poland, Portugal, Spain, Serbia, Montenegro, Argentina, UruguayKey responsibilities- Hypothesis-driven debugging with incomplete information and time pressure- Clear written communication with clients while an incident is still open- Sound judgment on when to escape and when to keep investigating- Comfort switching between initiative work and interruptions- Genuine autonomy working with teams across time zonesRequirements- Salesforce Loyalty Management, with hands-on implementation or operational experience, not just certification- Strong Salesforce platform depth: data model, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), Flow, SOQL, and the ability to read Apex without necessarily writing it- Client-facing production support: incident triage, severity assessment, escalation judgment, working under SLA- Integration troubleshooting: REST and SOAP, asynchronous processing, retries, idempotency,
