Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions and programs for inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon’s integral operations. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to influence procurement at scale. You will drive end-to-end program lifecycles, architect scalable AI-driven solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. - Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Develop requirements, high-level designs, integration plans, and specifications with engineering, product, and business teams
- Lead architecture discussions leveraging AWS and AI to ensure scalable, secure, and operational solutions
- Oversee integration with existing software/hardware across sites and resolve cross-team challenges
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks,



and mitigation plans
- Facilitate business and technical meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved
- Communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders across levels
- Adjust project plans in response to shifting priorities and balance short-term delivery with long-term goals
- Drive process improvements to speed delivery and reduce overhead
