- Lead the creation and revision of Ru0026C BP, reforecasts, and BE revisions

- Lead cross-functional cost-optimization projects and champion structural fixes

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years in Finance, FPu0026A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations
- Ability to link operational metrics to financial impact and produce robust planning
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Structured problem-solving, analytical, data-driven approach
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and performance storytelling
