Experteer Overview In this role you will own the regulatory remediation roadmap and the preventive control framework within the Complaints Management u0026amp; Prevention department. You will bridge compliance governance with operational processes across multiple markets, ensuring data quality and regulatory integrity. You’ll establish a robust RCA framework and oversee Written Orders to prevent defects and maintain cross-market consistency. You’ll collaborate with 2LoD, 3LoD, and stakeholders to drive effective remediation and governance.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead end-to-end regulatory remediation governance and roadmap delivery (ToD/ToE milestones) in line with BaFin expectations.
- Build, govern, and scale the preventive RCA framework with risk-based triggers beyond volume.
- Own CMP's Written Orders, procedures, and work instructions for structural compliance and cross-market alignment.
- Act as primary operational contact for 2LoD, 3LoD, and external regulators.
- Direct and mentor team members in a matrix structure, coordinating with Product, Tech, Legal, and CS.Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in compliance controls, assurance,



banking operations, or complaints management in German financial space
- professional experience in banking operations, regulatory compliance, or audit remediation
- 2+ years of leading people or major workstreams within complaint management or dispute resolution in a regulated institution
- deep knowledge of European and German banking regulations (MaBeschwer, MaComp BT 12, MaRisk AT 4.3.4 / AT 7.1, PSD2 Article 101)
- experience executing complex regulatory remediations, implementing ICS, and managing cross-functional projects
- experience communicating with senior stakeholders and across all organizational levels
- data and technical literacy regarding case processing technology, customer interfaces, and ticketing platform
