Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and ship our most ambitious customer-facing surfaces, owning frontend and backend work end-to-end. You will shape the platform that enables the engineering team to move faster, turning hands-on product work into reusable patterns and building blocks. You’ll mentor engineers, drive platform improvements (CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, observability), and ensure scalable, observable systems. - 10+ years experience in product engineering and platform/SRE roles
- Expert-level React/TypeScript frontend
- Backend experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Cloud and IaC experience with GCP or AWS and Terraform
- Docker and Kubernetes expertise
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Distributed cloud-native systems design
- Observability tooling knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
- Strong collaboration with Product and Design teams
