Experteer Overview
In this role, you will provide expert on-site support for Mako robotic systems, handling installation, maintenance, repair, and testing to ensure reliable customer service. You will work independently while collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and optimize service delivery. The position focuses on delivering high-quality field support across Iberia and Southern France, driving customer satisfaction and adherence to schedules. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with customers
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues
• Fluency in Spanish and English; advanced French
