Experteer Overview As a Senior CRA at ICON, you will lead clinical trial monitoring to ensure trials meet protocol, GCP, and regulatory standards. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate data capture and timely trial execution, while training site staff and guiding junior CRAs. The role focuses on quality, continuous improvement, and building strong site relationships to support successful trial delivery. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, site management, and proficiency with clinical trial software and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence compliance
