Working within the ACES Data Analytics Team, you translate business needs into analytics solutions that support decision-making and continuous improvement. Expect to perform analyses, root-cause investigations, and proactive dashboard maintenance while collaborating with stakeholders across functions. - Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions supporting operational performance tracking
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics
- Partner with operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications




- Perform root cause analysis on operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting and dashboards
- Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Support KTLO activities for existing dashboards, including troubleshooting and enhancementsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience as a business analyst or data analyst
- Scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL skills
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis on large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel for ad-hoc analysis and reporting
