- Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement
- Redesign the courier payment framework to improve metrics by considering factors like vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities for optimization
- Own the experimentation process (A/B tests, switchback tests) to measure the impact before global rollout




- Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Understand local and regional rider needs to address diverse perspectivesResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
- Advanced SQL for complex queries
- Python for data analysis and orchestration
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Nice to have: experience with experimentation (A/B tests)
