Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sourcing
: Lead sourcing activities with external suppliers, communicate supply constraints,



and collaborate with Procurement Category Leads on strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, set joint targets, and provide procurement expertise.
Supplier Management
: Cultivate supplier relationships, develop robust supply agreements, and utilize market intelligence to mitigate risks and enhance competitive advantage.
What You Bring:
Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
Experience
: Several years of experience as a Sourcing Manager, with a strong background in procurement operations or supply chain management, specifically in the
Crop Science
or
Chemical industry or TechCom
.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages
: Proficiency in
both English and German is mandatory
