Experteer Overview In this role you will own Glovo's CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, leading a small team to create personalized, cross-channel campaigns. You will partner with tech, data, design, and brand to scale lifecycle initiatives from onboarding to retention. - Own the CRM automated marketing strategy across all lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, reactivation, retention)
- Define and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) to maintain user interest
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 lifecycle specialists
- Collaborate with tech, data, design, and brand to ensure scalable and effective lifecycle programs
- Leverage analytics and user behavior to improve messaging, segmentation,



and overall strategy for CLV impact

- 3+ years working with analysts/data teams to translate data into insights
- Management experience leading a CRM team
