Experteer Overview
In this role you will own partner-driven pipeline in the German market, shaping GTM plans with strategic partners and driving revenue growth. You collaborate across Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to turn opportunities into measurable pipeline. You’ll experiment with channels, leverage AI-enabled tactics, and build scalable playbooks that adapt to partner maturity. If you like solving complex growth challenges at speed, this is your role.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the pipeline generation strategy for partners in Germany and translate goals into growth plans and revenue opportunities
• Develop joint GTM strategies across events, campaigns, outbound, co-marketing, enablement and growth experiments
• Analyse funnel performance, pipeline creation, and ROI to guide prioritisation
• Create repeatable, scalable growth playbooks adaptable to partner needs
• Experiment with channels, messages, formats, and new collaboration approaches
• Leverage AI and technology to accelerate GTM execution from content creation to prospecting and analysis
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships,



aligning internal teams and partners around priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to connect partner initiatives to Factorial’s GTM strategy
• Own and optimize the partner portfolio’s pipeline performance and its impact on revenue

Responsabilidades
• Native-level German and excellent English
• strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue
• 2–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or related revenue roles
• comfortable owning numbers and using data to drive decisions
• strategic thinker who can plan at GTM level and execute campaigns
• highly autonomous and proactive, able to operate without a fixed playbook
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• data-driven and analytical, able to link campaign performance to funnel and revenue
• builder mindset in dynamic, high-growth environments
• bias for action in fast-moving settings
