Experteer Overview
As part of the Chronosphere team, you will build scalable developer tooling and an infrastructure platform to boost velocity and reliability for a large engineering organization. You’ll work in a 100% cloud-native environment with ephemeral infrastructure and containerized microservices, shaping observability for major tech customers. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, from local tooling to CI/CD and deployment, with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, and real-time telemetry. You’ll influence platform standards and mentor peers, driving long-term technical strategy and cross-team collaboration.

• Implement and manage declarative Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for reproducible environments

Responsabilidades




• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Java, Python, or Rust) and ability to write modular, testable code
• Cloud-native experience with AWS or GCP; Kubernetes and container-level logic familiarity
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals, process management, and resource isolation
• Understanding of networking, security (zero-trust), and service meshes
• Experience with distributed systems, CAP theorem, and distributed tracing
• Proven reliability in delivering features end-to-end within sprints
• Analytical debugging skills and proactive edge-case thinking
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; openness to feedback and continuous learning
• Interest or experience with AI coding assistants to boost productivity
