Experteer Overview In this role you redesign and test global payment structures for Glovo’s riders to improve engagement and key operational metrics. You’ll blend data analysis and modeling to build a scalable, fair logistics network and own the experimentation process for global rollouts. You’ll monitor performance, iterating based on KPI insights, while addressing regional rider needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impact.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Optimize logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement globally
- Redesign courier payment framework to improve operational metrics using factors like vehicle, distance, weight, and peak hours
- Analyze massive datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization
- Own the experimentation process (A/B testing, switchback tests) and quantify impact before rollout
- Monitor strategy performance and adjust based on data-driven insights




- Advocate for local/regional rider perspectives to tailor solutionsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years of data analytics experience translating insights into business impact
- Strong technical proficiency
- Advanced SQL for complex querying
- Python for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
