Project Manager ServiceNow WSD / IWMS - Fully Remote - SpainContextWe are deploying an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) on the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) platform. The solution will standardise Real Estate, Workplace and Facilities Management processes within a single integrated system.This is a global, multi-phase rollout involving multiple internal stakeholders and external delivery vendors. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead project governance and delivery oversight from the client side, coordinating internal digital teams and external partners through delivery, go-live, hypercare and transition to support.Key responsibilities- Own project governance and overall execution oversight.- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies through structured RAID management.- Coordinate internal digital stakeholders, the ServiceNow platform owner and external delivery teams.- Lead steering committees, governance forums and regular project-status meetings.- Prepare and maintain project reporting for key stakeholders.- Track milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria and overall project progress.- Monitor vendor performance and manage escalations where required.- Coordinate readiness activities for testing, deployment and go-live.- Oversee hypercare and the transition to business-as-usual support.- Ensure effective collaboration across a global,



multinational project environment.Mandatory skills and experience- At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering projects end to end.- Proven experience in project governance, reporting and RAID management.- Strong change-management and milestone or schedule-management experience.- Experience managing vendors within a consulting, systems-integrator or technology-delivery environment.- Practical experience working with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall governance models.- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.- Experience working with multinational teams and stakeholders.- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.- Availability to work in the CET time zone.Nice to have- Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).- Experience implementing an IWMS or solutions related to Real Estate, Workplace or Facilities Management.- Previous experience with integral, multi-phase ServiceNow rollouts.- Experience managing testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare and transition-to-support activities.- PMP certification.- SAFe Agile certification.- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.- ServiceNow Administrator certification.Project details- Location: Spain, CET time zone.- Work mode: Fully remote.- Start date: ASAP.- Duration: Until July 2027- Language: English is mandatory.Interested in the opportunity or know someone who could be a great fit?Please get in touch with to learn more or share your profile.
