We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience creating high-volume digital assets across multiple markets while maintaining strong brand consistency. Fluent English is required as part of this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 3+ years of experience as an in-house Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.- Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.- Solid understanding of digital advertising formats, platform specifications, and creative best practices.- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.- Proven experience creating and adapting creative assets for multiple markets and geographies.- Ability to balance global brand consistency with local market adaptation.- Fluent English (written and spoken).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.? WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Design and adapt high-quality digital advertising creatives for multiple channels and international markets.- Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines while tailoring content to local audiences.- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.- Manage several concurrent creative projects while maintaining high standards of quality.- Iterate and optimize creatives based on performance insights, feedback, and A/B testing results.- Deliver pixel-perfect designs across all digital touchpoints.- Support the continuous improvement of creative assets by applying best practices in digital design and user engagement.- Contribute strategic creative ideas that help maximize campaign performance while preserving brand integrity.?
