About the role

As our Junior Creative Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping the teams behind the work by will helping us grow our community of talent. You’ll work side by side with our Talent and Creative teams to spot, engage, and bring in the best people across creative, strategy, production, and social.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent and Hiring teams, learn the ins and outs of creative recruitment, and bring your own energy and ideas to the process. You’ll know where to look, how to connect, and what makes someone a true Dragon.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with the Talent team to support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (full life cycle), from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing on social platforms and professional networks, including active searches on LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and outreach messages that capture our voice, culture, and creative spirit.
- Assess portfolios to identify standout talent and, when applicable, conduct interviews to evaluate both creative ability and team fit.
- Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and team members, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Research market trends, salary benchmarks,



and competitor hiring activity.
- Keep our ATS and talent database organized and up to date.
- Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools.
- Stay curious, track creative trends, discover new voices, and keep an eye on who’s doing great work across markets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination, ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting.
- Strong sourcing skills, you know how to find great people where others might not look.
- Passionate about creativity, culture, and the people who bring ideas to life.
- A confident communicator who builds genuine relationships both in Spanish and in English.
- You’re proactive, organized, and always up for learning something new.
- Ready to grow your career in talent within an international, creative environment.

- Spanish (preferably)
- Any other language is a plus.
