We are currently seeking a talented Agile Facilitator to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate productive team meetings, manage time, and document progress to ensure efficient workflow, inclusivity, and equal participation of all team members.
Align new requirements with team availability, capacity, and priorities, collaborating with the team and ensuring alignment with product goals.
Address and monitor upcoming impediments, providing methods to foster continuous improvement and effective communication while managing conflicts and promoting self-organization.
Ensure adherence to the operating model, ways of working, and appropriate processes, ensuring individuals understand their roles and facilitating the right experts for relevant questions.
Promote harmony, skill enhancement,



and ownership through conflict resolution, training, and coaching, seeking process and teamwork improvements for a healthy work environment.
Track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in computing in business
Work experience with Digital Teams and Jobs
Leadership experience within agile organizations
Project experience
Experience in internal or external Stakeholder Management
Great comunication and collaboration skills
Experience in analyzing and tracking metrics
Experience with Azure DevOps
Advanced written and oral communication skills in English
