Vision Lifesciences is a global advisory firm specializing in licensing, cross-border partnerships, and strategic growth for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices across Europe, Asia, and North America, we support clients in high-value transactions, business development, and select investment projects in the life sciences sector.

We are hiring an Associate to join our business development & licensing and advisory team. This role involves supporting client outreach, licensing initiatives, and transaction execution. The idóneo candidate has a background in life sciences and experience in investment banking, business development, or consulting. Strong candidates who are recent graduates and looking to grow in this field are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach to global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies on behalf of our clients
- Identify, engage, and manage potential licensing or strategic partners
- Prepare professional pitch materials, including presentations, company profiles, and transaction summaries
- Perform competitive and market landscape analysis, asset benchmarking, and pipeline research
- Support financial assessments, including DCF models, comparable deal analysis, and Excel-based valuation work




- Contribute to the execution of licensing and partnership deals, including partner engagement, negotiation support, and documentation
- Represent the firm and our clients at global conferences and partnering events

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate/business development, or consulting in life sciences
- Life sciences academic background (biotechnology, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields) is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and solid proficiency in Excel (valuation, financial modeling, data structuring)
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Skilled in PowerPoint and written communication for professional, client-facing materials
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams across international markets
