You have completed vocational training and several years of experience in the hospitality industry? Are you proficient in working with common Hotel Management Software? Do you enjoy travelling, speak very good English and are able to organise your time flexibly? We are currently looking for motivated and customer-oriented employees to join our team, providing support, installations and training, including on-site at customer locations.

What You’ll Do in This Role

Installation and Training

- National and international customer support in the use of SIHOT
- Supporting the sales team with presentations of our hotel software during the acquisition process
- Installation of SIHOT for new customers in Spain and abroad
- Configuration of SIHOT according to customer requirements
- SIHOT training sessions in Spain and internationally

Support

- Telephone customer support
- Documentation of customer issues in our ticketing system
- Troubleshooting and handling of customer complaints

Your Profile





- You have completed vocational training and several years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Ideally, you have experience working with the hotel software SIHOT.PMS
- You are resilient and present yourself in a confident, customer-oriented manner
- You have both technical and commercial understanding
- You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- You work independently with a strong focus on quality and results
- You are a team player with a consistently friendly and confident communication style
