The job:
Delivering the best customer service and maximizing sales.
You will be an ambassador to build up the ECCO-brand in Spain.
You will support the (Assistant) Store Manager with changing the Visual Merchandising concepts in the store if and when needed, based on input from the Head Office.

Your profile:
You have a passion for retail and bring high levels of energy and commitment to the company,
You possess a natural, friendly sales style together with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude,
You are a positive, supportive and flexible team player, actively taking responsibility within your role for delivering exceptional service and maximizing sales,
You have a good commercial awareness,
Retail experience in fashion, preferably footwear, would be an advantage and
You have a good understanding of Spanish and English, both verbally as in writing.

Realizar el mejor servicio al cliente maximizando las ventas.
Ser un embajador para construir la marca ECCO en España.
Apoyar al Segundo Encargado con el cambio de los conceptos de Visual Merchandising en la tienda, cuando sea necesario, en función de las aportaciones de la Oficina Central.

Tu perfil:
Ser un apasionado por el comercio minorista y aporta altos niveles de energía y compromiso a la empresa.
Tener un estilo de ventas natural y amigable, junto con un enfoque práctico y una actitud positiva.
Ter gusto por el trabajo en equipo siempre con una actitud positiva, de apoyo y adaptable, que asume la responsabilidad de su rol para brindar el cliente con un servicio excepcional y maximizar las ventas.
Tener una buena conciencia comercial, experiencia de venta al por menor en moda.( Experiencia en el Comercio de Calzado será valorado)
Tener conocimientos de INGLÉS, tanto verbalmente como escritos.( Otros idiomas serán valorados)
