We are looking for experienced, caring, and reliable nannies to join our network and support families in and around Sitges. We work with both local and international families and offer a variety of nanny opportunities, from part-time to full-time roles.

About the role
As a nanny in our network, you may work with different families depending on your availability and preferences. Roles vary in schedule, age of children, and responsibilities, and we always aim to match you with families that suit your experience and availability.

Positions available include

- Part-time nanny roles (mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends)
- Full-time nanny roles
- Occasional babysitting and short-term placements
- Long-term placements with fixed schedules

Responsibilities may include

- Providing attentive and loving childcare
- Engaging children in play, creative, and educational activities
- Supporting daily routines such as meals, naps, school pickups, and bath time




- Outdoor activities such as park visits or walks
- Creating a safe, calm, and stimulating environment
- Light tidying related to the children and their activities

Requirements

- 3+ years of previous professional experience caring for children
- Responsible, warm, and patient personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow family routines and preferences
- Eligibility to work in Spain
- One or more of the following languages is a plus: English, Spanish, French, German, or others
