At Konnect, we're currently looking for English-speaking Insurance Sales Representatives to join our office in Barcelona.

No previous insurance or sales experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know about insurance sales from the ground up while you build valuable skills and create memories that will last a lifetime.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something exciting and fast-growing. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help customers find insurance solutions that match their needs while working in a high-energy team where development, motivation, and results are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll speak with customers over the phone, identify their needs, present relevant insurance products, and actively sell insurance solutions that provide the right coverage for them.

From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training and continuous coaching from your Team Leader, giving you all the support you need to develop your sales skills, understand our insurance products, and reach your full potential.

Requirements

- Native or near-native English proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.
- A valid Spanish NIE number is required prior to starting the position.
- Candidates must already have the legal right and all necessary documentation to live and work in Spain.
- Candidates must currently be based in Barcelona and be available to start immediately.
- No previous insurance or sales experience is required—we'll provide all the training and coaching you need to succeed.
