Senior Full-Stack & Platform Engineer

Healthcare Technology | TypeScript Next.js Azure

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack & Platform Engineer to help develop, secure and scale our healthcare technology platform. This is a hands-on role combining software development, cloud infrastructure, security and technical operations.

You will work closely with our CIO and development team, taking ownership of technical problems across the platform and helping us build reliable, secure systems for healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

- Develop and improve our TypeScript / Next.js applications.
- Design APIs, integrations and PostgreSQL-backed functionality.
- Debug complex production issues and review code before release.
- Support and improve Azure, Entra ID, Vercel and Neon infrastructure.
- Improve CI/CD, monitoring, logging, backups, permissions and disaster recovery.
- Implement practical security controls including least privilege, audit logging, encryption and secrets management.
- Help translate GDPR, ISO 27001 and other compliance requirements into technical controls and evidence.
- Investigate operational issues involving users, healthcare providers, authentication, integrations and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

- Strong professional experience with TypeScript, React / Next.js and Node.js.
- Strong PostgreSQL and API/integration experience.




- Experience with modern cloud platforms; Azure experience is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorisation and secure software development.
- Comfortable owning problems across application code, infrastructure and production environments.
- A practical, proactive approach: someone who looks for the underlying cause and implements the right long-term solution.
- Positive team mentality and work ethic.
