Gezocht: Indiaas Specialiteiten kok, fulltime

Voor onze restaurants Manzil Indian Restaurant en Indian Spices & Vibes gevestigd in Amsterdam zijn wij opzoek naar Indiaas specialiteiten kok. Je wordt eindverantwoordelijk voor de keuken in een restaurant waar kwaliteit van de gerechten op nummer 1 staat. Je geeft leiding aan het gehele keukenteam en je houdt toezicht erop dat de gerechten bereid worden volgens de vastgestelde kwaliteitsnormen, werkwijze en recepten.

Tevens ben je in deze rol 100% verantwoordelijk voor het navolgen van de regels en richtlijnen op het gebied van hygiëne (HACCP).

Wat wij van jou vragen:

· Zelfstandig werkende kok, Niveau 4

· Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie;

· Kennis van de Indiase keuken;

· Kok opleiding

· Je bent kwaliteitsgericht;

· Je bent stressbestendig;

· Je bent flexibel;

For our restaurants in Amsterdam Manzil Indian Restaurant and Indian Spices & Vibeswe are looking for an Indian Specialty cook. You will be responsible for the kitchen in a restaurant where the quality of the dishes is number 1. You will lead the entire kitchen team and you will supervise that the dishes are prepared according to the established quality standards, working method and recipes. You are also responsible for following the rules and guidelines in the field of hygiene (HACCP).

Job requirements:

· Independent working cook, Level 4

· At least 2 years experience in a similar position;

· Knowledge of Indian cuisine;

· Cooking course

· You are quality oriented;

· You are stress resistant;

· You are versátil;

· You are hospitable and guest-oriented;
