You have completed training in computer science, system integration, business informatics or a comparable IT qualification and are looking for new challenges? For our office in Valencia, we are currently looking for qualified, motivated and customer-oriented staff to join our technical support team.

What You’ll Do in This Role

- Technical support for our software
- Management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure
- Installation of new hotels
- Implementation and maintenance of interfaces with external systems at our clients’ sites
- Integration of software into operational network and server structures
- Support and implementation of new IT solutions
- Occasional travel
- Communication with our international clients, including in English

Your Profile

- Completed vocational training in IT or network technology
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
- Excellent Spanish and English skills,



both written and spoken

Ideally, you have initial experience with:

- Servers and clients within a Windows Server 2012 AD environment
- SAN / NAS Server
- VMWare ESXi / vSphere
- Firewalls, networking and routing, internet connectivity and VPN access
- Monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems
- A scripting and/or programming language
