E-commerce & Growth Manager

Palma de Mallorca | Full-time | On-site (not remote)

We’re partnering with an independent luxury watch and fine jewellery house in Palma de Mallorca , entering an important stage of its digital development.

We’re looking for an E-commerce & Growth Manager to take ownership of the B2C digital channel and help develop the next stage of the online business.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who understands how e-commerce, CRM, analytics, digital acquisition and customer experience work together to drive qualified interest, conversion and revenue.

For high-value, considered purchases, success isn’t only about an online transaction. It’s also about building trust and turning digital engagement into private appointments, client relationships and sales.

What you'll own

✔ Drive the commercial performance of the B2C digital channel, from qualified traffic to conversion and revenue.

✔ Manage and continuously improve the website experience, including merchandising, product pages, customer journey and conversion.

✔ Develop CRM and clienteling capabilities, including segmentation, lead nurturing, automated journeys and retention.

✔ Build and optimise the private appointment funnel, connecting digital engagement with high-touch sales.

✔ Use analytics to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities and set priorities.

✔ Coordinate digital product launches and ensure the website reflects the brand’s products, stories, events and collaborations.

✔ Drive SEO and GEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability across search engines and AI-powered search, with a particular focus on website structure, product pages and content.

✔ Oversee digital acquisition and work closely with the external Performance Marketing agency, setting objectives,



analysing results and challenging performance when needed.

✔ Coordinate agencies, developers and internal teams to make sure digital priorities are executed effectively.

What we're looking for

✔ 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or a similar B2C digital role, with proven ownership of e-commerce performance and growth.

✔ Strong understanding of e-commerce performance, CRM, conversion and analytics.

✔ Good understanding of SEO, organic acquisition and emerging GEO / AI search practices, and the ability to turn opportunities into concrete improvements across the e-commerce journey.

✔ Good knowledge of Performance Marketing and paid acquisition, with the ability to understand KPIs and effectively manage external agencies.

✔ Comfortable working with e-commerce, CRM and analytics platforms and using data to understand customer behaviour and make commercial decisions.

✔ Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a clear focus on qualified traffic, leads, conversion and revenue.

✔ An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the ability to take ownership in an environment where not everything is already structured.

✔ Fluent English.

Experience in premium B2C, DTC or considered-purchase environments such as fashion, accessories, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, design or lifestyle would be particularly relevant. Previous luxury experience is a plus.
