At La Salle Campus Barcelona , we educate professionals in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Business, Digital Arts, and Philosophy, with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and educational transformation.
We are currently looking to add a new member to our International Office team as an Incoming Mobility Officer , contributing to the support and integration of international students who choose La Salle Campus Barcelona as their academic destination.
What will your mission be?
To manage international mobility programs and support international students throughout their experience at La Salle, ensuring a successful welcome, integration, and academic stay.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage the full admission, onboarding, and administrative follow-up process for incoming international mobility students.
- Advise students on immigration matters, visas, residence permits, accommodation, insurance, and related administrative procedures.
- Coordinate international mobility calls and programs with partner universities, ensuring compliance with established agreements and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Academic Registry and Academic Departments in the academic and administrative management of international students.
- Organize welcome, orientation, and integration activities, promoting a rewarding international experience for students.
- Maintain relationships with partner universities and manage communications, documentation, and informational materials related to mobility programs.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum qualification of a CFGS, preferably related to international relations, international business, tourism, administrative management, higher education, or similar fields.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in international mobility, international relations, academic administration, or student support within educational environments.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office.
- High level of English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
- Strong service orientation, excellent organizational and communication skills, intercultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
⭐ Nice to have
- Knowledge of Erasmus+ regulations and international mobility programs.
- Experience or knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations affecting international students.
