We are looking for an M&A; Manager to join our M&A; Department at Dargon Energy . The idóneo candidate is passionate about the renewable energy sector and brings a strong transactional background to drive our growth strategy in national and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate renewable energy asset acquisition opportunities in national and international markets.
- Lead end-to-end M&A; processes: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for asset valuation.
- Coordinate internal teams (legal, technical, finance) and external advisors throughout deal execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the renewables sector.
- Prepare investment memoranda and present deal recommendations to senior management and investment committee.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years in M&A;,



investment banking or corporate development.
- Experience in energy, infrastructure or project finance.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
