Location: Madrid or Málaga (Hybrid – 1 days onsite a week)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer to maintain and manage enterprise storage environments. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in SAN/NAS technologies , storage provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across multiple storage platforms. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, proactive monitoring capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Experience in enterprise storage technologies and knowledge of various storage solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies:
- SAN/NAS
- HPE 3PAR
- NetApp
- EMC
- IBM Storage
- HP Storage Solutions

Nice to Have

- Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
- Strong technical communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications related to storage operations.
- Coordinate storage service delivery across towers and multiple country locations.
- Perform standard run and operational activities.
- Manage and support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes.
- Conduct system health checks and align operational activities with client requirements.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement parameter optimization initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and service expectations.
- Conduct proactive problem analysis and apply industry best practices to improve service performance and stability.

Service Requirements

Work Model

- Hybrid model.
- On-site presence required 1 day per week for candidates based in Málaga or Madrid .
- Candidates from other locations will be considered equally and will not be required to meet the same on-site attendance requirement.

Working Hours

Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday:

- 07:00 - 15:00
- 08:00 - 17:00
- 10:00 - 19:00
