We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a general organization operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. You will be part of the ERP & Business Solutions area, contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise-scale digital solutions across a global environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, architecture, technical design, and compliance of critical systems within an SAP S/4HANA landscape. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with solid experience designing business-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments.
~7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical/leadership role, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
~ Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes.
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams and work in multicultural environments.




~ Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
~ Experience with enterprise integration and middleware patterns and complex SAP landscapes.
~ Fluent business English.

Design maintainable and scalable solutions within a complex SAP S/4HANA enterprise environment.
Define robust data structures and integration solutions in collaboration with development teams.
Ensure architectural decisions minimize technical debt and support future business growth.
Encourage technical ownership and support the delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions within an agile environment.
Translate business requirements related to Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Design and maintain well-governed data solutions within a highly regulated healthcare/pharmaceutical environment.
Ensure solutions meet high standards of data security, quality, and audit readiness.
Evaluate new technologies, integration frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Contract type: B2B contract is preferred.
Potential for permanent employment: This position offers the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role next year, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.
