In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating user needs, coordinating essential social services, and ensuring quality direct care for individuals and families across the local community.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct social assistance and individualized support to users
- Conducting dependency assessments and evaluating individual care requirements
- Managing social resources and coordinating appropriate support measures
- Drafting and maintaining detailed social reports and case documentation
- Collaborating with the broader healthcare and home care assistance network in Palma

What you bring to the position:

- Vocational training qualification in the social sector (FP rama social)



is required
- Fluent Spanish language skills (native or equivalent command)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- A university degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social) is highly valued
- Prior professional experience in a similar social care or home support role is an advantage
- Additional language skills in English and Catalan are appreciated
