A private company within the aeronautics sector in Mallorca is currently seeking an Occupational Health & Safety and Labor Relations Specialist to strengthen its team. In this full-time role, you will play an essential part in supporting the organization across vital areas of workplace safety and labor compliance, ensuring a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Main responsibilities will include

- Providing dedicated support to the company in the areas of Labor Relations and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
- Assisting in the oversight and continuous implementation of workplace safety measures and protocols.
- Collaborating on labor relations management and addressing regulatory compliance matters.
- Serving as a reliable point of support for internal inquiries regarding occupational safety and employee relations.

Essential requirements





- A completed Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is mandatory.
- A university degree in either Labor Relations or Law (one of the two is strictly required).
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

What the position offers

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) providing long-term career stability.
- Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts scheduled between 09:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00.
- A gross annual salary ranging between €25,000 and €28,000, tailored to your professional profile and level of experience.
