Entitat Social is currently hiring a Recycling Collection Worker for their facility and collection routes in Sóller, Mallorca. This role provides practical work within a supportive community integration program, offering you hands-on experience in logistics, material handling, and public service.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with the delivery and pickup of donated items and reusable materials.
- Loading and unloading goods, organizing them, and managing warehouse storage.
- Providing courteous assistance and customer service to members of the public.
- Performing basic maintenance and routine checks on the collection vehicle.
- Following occupational risk prevention (PRL) guidelines and adhering to established quality procedures.

Requirements

- Official accreditation of status in a group at risk of social exclusion (riesgo de exclusión social).




- Ability to speak and communicate effectively in Spanish.
- Strong motivation to commit to a personal integration and employment path.
- Capacity for self-reflection, personal improvement, and constructive teamwork.
- Willingness to participate actively in the collective goals of the project.
- No specific academic degree or previous formal studies are required.

What the organization offers

- A temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
- A scheduled working timetable: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 to 15:30, and Thursday from 7:30 to 14:30.
- A gross annual salary of 17,476.68 €.
- The chance to gain practical experience and develop valuable professional skills in Sóller.
