We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different areas of the company, supporting workforce planning activities , onboarding processes, project assignments, and reporting that contributes to informed decision‑making.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations , or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of databases and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage information in a structured manner .

Nice to Have
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Interest in People Analytics, workforce planning, and talent management.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Support the planning and monitoring of internal resources.
- Update and maintain employee and project databases.
- Track new hires , internal movements, and project assignments.
- Prepare and update HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Collaborate with managers and different departments to identify workforce needs.
- Assist in the management and classification of professional profiles and organizational categories.
- Analyze data to support the optimization of workforce planning and talent management processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function.
