What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations during flights—safety is our number one priority.
- Providing onboard service to achieve maximum passenger satisfaction—you're the face of Air Nostrum.
- Representing the company's image at all times—with professionalism, warmth, and pride.

What We're Looking For

To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

- Certification & Education: Hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) —this is essential.
- Minimum education: 1st year of Bachillerato, vocational training,



or intermediate/higher-level qualification. Studies must be officially recognized/validated in Spain.
- Age & Physical Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years. Height: Between 1.65 m and 1.80 m—to meet safety and operational requirements.
- Ability to swim—essential for safety.
- Language & Documentation: Fluent English (B2 level) —excellent communication skills are essential.
- Valid residence and work permit for Spain.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance—you represent Air Nostrum to the world.

Documents to Bring to the Interview

Please ensure you bring the following documents to the Open Day:

- Two passport-sized photos.
- One full-length photo.
- Copy of your DNI (Spanish National ID).
- Two copies of your CV.
- Original and copy of certificates for completed studies.
