What We're Looking For.

- Age: Over 18 years of age.
- Height: Minimum 1.65 meters.
- Languages: Advanced level of Spanish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a distinct advantage).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Condition:



Good physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Attitude: Excellent public-facing and customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
- Documentation: Valid DNI/NIE and passport (with a valid work permit).
- Geographic Mobility: Willingness to relocate or commute as required.
- Important Note: Candidates must not have applied to any Iberia Express recruitment process in the last 12 months.
