Experteer Overview
As a Business Analyst specializing in LIMS, you translate lab and business requirements into clear deliverables and optimize chromatography data workflows. You’ll collaborate with lab leaders, product, IT, and commercial teams to standardize processes and deliver features for data capture, processing, QC, and reporting across GC, LC, ICP, and MS workflows. Your work supports EU environmental testing compliance and efficiency improvements. This role combines strategy, product ownership, and cross‑functional execution in a multinational environment.

• Translate and refine business requirements for the chromatography data system (CDS) and LIMS in collaboration with EU stakeholders
• Lead EU‑regional UAT, sign‑offs, and change management for new features and workflow updates
• Map current vs. future EU lab workflows, identify gaps and compliance needs
• Develop dashboards and data insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews




• Collaborate with product development to groom backlogs and define functional designs
• Harmonize chromatography data workflows with cross‑functional teams across EU labs
• Ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, and EA accreditation frameworks
• Support audit preparation, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, lab, or scientific environments
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile (Jira/Confluence)
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS in laboratory informatics
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across multi‑cultural EU teams
• Working knowledge of EU environmental testing compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, EA)
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL/BI tools a plus
