Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Spanish Speaking

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery.

This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives.
- Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.
- Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice.
- Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants.
- Identify risks,



issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them.
- Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities.
- Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Essential Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
- Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration.
- Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and go-live.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Previous experience working in international or multi-country environments.

Desirable

- Experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation or Payroll.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and third-party systems.
- Experience with data migration and testing.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience working on large-scale general Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
