We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take what’s already been built at Riubee, determine what truly works, and turn it into a focused, repeatable and scalable business with international potential.

About Riubee

Riubee is a purpose-driven platform connecting families raising neurodivergent children — particularly autistic children — with trusted activities, services and professionals.

The project was created to solve a very real problem: for many families, finding inclusive activities and the right professionals is still fragmented, time-consuming and exhausting.

We have already:

- built and launched an operational MVP
- built an active community of families and providers
- generated our first revenue
- demonstrated organic interest without relying on paid acquisition
- built relationships with organisations and professionals specialising in neurodivergence

Riubee is now entering a new stage: understanding what creates the most value, what is repeatable and what needs to be proven before scaling.

And we’re looking for the right person to lead it.

The role

We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CEO who wants to take real ownership of Riubee and lead its next phase.

This is not an advisory role or a traditional executive position. We’re looking for someone who wants to build, decide, execute and take accountability for the outcome.

The CEO will have overall responsibility for the company’s strategy and execution, with particular focus on:

- business model and monetisation
- Go-To-Market strategy
- revenue and growth
- fundraising and investor relations
- strategic partnerships
- financial planning and key company metrics
- team building and leadership
- determining what Riubee needs to prove before scaling
- preparing the company for future international expansion

At this stage, strategy and execution go hand in hand. One day may involve pitching investors or developing a strategic partnership; another may involve speaking with users, reviewing metrics, testing a pricing hypothesis or solving an operational problem.

Fundraising

Financing will be an important priority in Riubee’s next stage.

We are particularly interested in people who have previously led or been directly involved in fundraising and who are comfortable building an investor narrative, developing relationships with investors, pitching and managing a fundraising process.

But fundraising is not simply about raising capital as quickly as possible.

We are looking for someone who can also determine what Riubee needs to prove, how much capital is actually required and what milestone that capital should enable us to reach.





Previous hands-on fundraising experience is highly valued , but it is not an absolute requirement. We are also open to exceptional entrepreneurs and operators with strong commercial judgement, credibility and the ability to learn quickly.

Who we’re looking for

There is no single perfect background. You may previously have been a founder, CEO, General Manager, C-level executive or senior operator.

What matters most is evidence that you can build, sell, lead, prioritise and execute.

You will probably have several of the following:

- strong early-stage judgement: knowing what needs to be validated before committing significant resources
- ability to turn ambiguity into clear hypotheses, priorities and decisions
- discipline to focus before expanding into new products, markets or geographies
- experience building or scaling an early-stage company
- direct responsibility for revenue, GTM, business operations or P&L;
- fundraising or investor-facing experience
- experience with marketplaces, SaaS, B2B2C or digital platforms
- strong commercial and strategic judgement
- experience operating with limited resources
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- experience recruiting and leading teams
- an international mindset
- high integrity, direct communication and low ego
- genuine motivation to combine commercial ambition with meaningful social impact

Experience in HealthTech, EdTech, marketplaces, family services, neurodiversity or adjacent sectors would be particularly relevant, but is not essential.

? You won’t be expected to do everything alone

We are not looking for a superhero who needs to be CEO, COO, CMO, CPO and CTO at the same time.

As Riubee grows, the intention is to build a complementary leadership team across areas such as operations, product, technology and growth.

Part of the CEO’s role will be helping shape that team and bringing the right people around the table.

Riubee’s founder will remain involved in areas such as vision, strategic context, user insight and selected key relationships , while progressively stepping away from day-to-day operational leadership.

The incoming CEO should ultimately have real responsibility and authority to run the company.

?? Spain first, international potential

Spain is Riubee’s initial market.





Our priority is to prove where and how the model works before expanding geographically.

Understanding the Spanish market and being able to build relationships locally are therefore valuable.

Professional Spanish is highly valued, but not required for exceptional candidates.

Strong English is important, particularly for fundraising, international partnerships and future expansion.

Riubee’s ambition goes well beyond Spain — but international expansion should follow evidence, not precede it.

⏱️ Commitment

We are not expecting someone to leave their current role and become full-time from day one.

We are, however, looking for someone able to dedicate at least around 15 hours per week initially , consistently and meaningfully, with the intention and capacity to increase that commitment as Riubee grows and financing becomes available.

This structure is deliberately designed to make it possible for the right person to join while still employed or involved in another professional activity during the initial stage.

Over time, however, we are looking for someone who can see Riubee becoming one of their main professional commitments.

Equity & compensation

This is a genuine Co-Founder opportunity , not a conventional salaried CEO position.

At this stage, there is no guaranteed salary. Initial compensation will therefore primarily consist of meaningful founder-level equity , subject to an appropriate vesting structure.

Riubee is not a day-zero idea: significant work, investment, product development and market learning have already taken place.

The final equity structure will therefore reflect both the value already created and the incoming co-founder’s future responsibility, commitment, risk and contribution.

The exact structure will be discussed transparently once we establish that there is strong mutual fit.

Salary and/or additional compensation should become possible as the company reaches sufficient revenue or successfully raises financing.

One of the strongest signals behind our conviction in Riubee is that the project has continued to generate organic interest even during periods of limited founder involvement.

That does not mean every part of the model has already been proven.

It means we believe there is something here worth understanding properly and building seriously.

We’re looking for someone who sees both the business opportunity and the human problem behind Riubee.

Someone who looks at what has already been built and thinks:
