RED Global are working with a major pharmaceutical client to hire a Salesforce Project Manager with a focus on Salesforce AI. This will be a freelance contract on an initial 6-month basis with high scope for extension. This role will also require travel to Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, Data & AI transformation initiatives, and enterprise-scale program delivery with experience with GxP, and pharmaceutical or life science experience. The successful candidate will lead complex global Salesforce programs while driving data strategy, AI adoption, and commercial transformation initiatives across business functions.

This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business and technology teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that leverage advanced analytics, data governance, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
