Senior AI Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Relocation Requirement: This position is based full-time in Abu Dhabi, UAE . Candidates must be willing to relocate, as remote or hybrid working arrangements are not available for this role .

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation Artificial Intelligence solutions across a diverse enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for defining AI architecture standards, designing scalable AI platforms, and driving the implementation of advanced Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The adecuado candidate combines deep technical expertise with hands-on delivery experience and has a proven track record of building enterprise-grade AI systems from concept through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

- Define enterprise AI architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms and applications.
- Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Drive AI architecture decisions across multiple business domains and use cases.

Generative AI & Agentic Systems

- Design and implement advanced Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), and Agentic AI solutions.
- Architect multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI system performance.

AI Platform & Solution Delivery

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Develop and prototype critical AI components and accelerate complex technical implementations.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.
- Guide teams through architecture reviews, technical design, and production deployment.

RAG, Knowledge Systems & Data Integration





- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Design solutions leveraging vector databases, knowledge graphs, semantic search, and document intelligence.
- Enable secure integration of AI solutions with enterprise applications and data ecosystems.

Governance, Security & Responsible AI

- Define AI governance frameworks, guardrails, security controls, and compliance standards.
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and transparent use of AI technologies.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and model lifecycle management practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with senior business leaders and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in technology and software engineering environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI platforms and applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern AI development frameworks.
- Experience delivering production-grade Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
